    How do I register for an support account?

    As soon as you have an account on one of our applications, you will receive an email with details on how to generate a password for your account. If you receive an error stating A user account with your email already exists in the system, this means you already have an account. In order to sign into this account you just need to recover your password.

    How do I reset my Support Account password?

    If you have forgotten your password or locked your account, you can reset your password from the login screen. The password reset emails are valid for 12 hours.
